Agentic
Engineering

Build websites, apps and games by directing AI agents. No code required — judgment required. Learn the pipeline professionals use: specify, delegate, verify, ship. Four weeks later, you’ve launched your own product.

01Outcomes first

What you’ll ship.

Not “topics covered” — things made. Every week ends with a real artifact, live on the internet, with your name on it. By demo day you have a four-project portfolio.

Week 1

Build week portfolio

A live site, a game, a real .exe program and a real Android app — built across days 1–3 by directing agents and publishing the results.

Week 2

Control from anywhere

Your own skill, plus your site edited by voice from your phone: Hermes, memory and mobile agent work in your hands.

Week 3

Systems that update

A self-updating dashboard and your capstone live with automatic publishing, so improvements ship after approval.

Week 4

Your product, demoed

Your own product, supported by bot and orchestration patterns, demoed at the fair. The project you came for.

02Who it’s for

Made for people who
were told coding isn’t for them.

The bottleneck in software was never typing — it was access. Agents removed it. What’s left is what this course teaches: clear thinking, clear briefs, and the discipline to verify.

You’ll fit right in

  • Founders & operators — stop waiting for a technical co-founder; build the v1 yourself.
  • Marketers & designers — turn your taste into working products, not mockups.
  • Analysts & ops people — automate the boring half of your job with bots and pipelines.
  • Students & career-switchers — graduate with four shipped projects instead of a syllabus.
  • Engineers, curious — see the agentic workflow done properly, end to end.

Prerequisites

  • 01A laptop from the last ~5 years. Everything heavy runs in the cloud.
  • 026–8 honest hours a week, for four weeks.
  • 03Zero coding experience. Truly. We start from “what is a website”.

Not sure this is your track? The AI Creator track covers media — images, video, audio. Same method, different craft. Or just ask us on Telegram.

03The program

Four weeks, mapped.

Each week: three live studio sessions, focused homework, and one artifact shipped. Open a week to see exactly what you’ll learn and make.

Week 01Build week+

What you’ll learn

  • D1: your first agent and first website — account, Plus, Codex app, the pipeline and a site live on Netlify Drop.
  • D2: a browser game plus a real .exe program, with goal → details → plan-checkpoint prompting.
  • D3: your software on your phone — PWA install flow, Android-first, plus a real APK and published updates.
You ship

A live site, a game, a real program and a real Android app.

Week 02Control week+

What you’ll learn

  • D4: skills — reusable instructions for recurring work, written and tested on a personal task.
  • D5: Hermes + memory — installation, framework differences, AGENTS.md, evolving memory and handoff ritual.
  • D6: agents in your pocket — mobile control, notifications and voice-to-production from your phone.
You ship

Your own skill + your site edited by voice from your phone.

Week 03Systems week+

What you’ll learn

  • D7: agentic loops — read → act → check, unattended runs, schedules and guardrails.
  • D8: local dashboards + subscription automations, including loops feeding your own tool.
  • D9: auto-publish + improvement passes — git save points, GitHub, Netlify deploys, domains and secrets basics.
You ship

A self-updating dashboard + your capstone live with automatic publishing.

Week 04Scale week+

What you’ll learn

  • D10: a customer-support bot for a real business case, with 24/7 hosting and handoff-to-human rules.
  • D11: agents managing agents — builder + reviewer, manager + workers, review chains and capstone clinic.
  • D12: demo fair — internal demos, certificates, safety recap and what to build next.
You ship

Your own product, demoed at the fair.

05Course FAQ

Asked & answered.

Q1Really — no code at all?+
Really. You will never be asked to write code. By week three you’ll probably start reading small pieces over your agent’s shoulder — by choice, because it gets interesting. The skill we teach and grade is direction: specs, decomposition, and verification.
Q2Will I be a programmer after four weeks?+
No — and we won’t pretend otherwise. You’ll be something the market is just learning to name: a builder who ships working software by directing agents, and who knows exactly when a professional engineer is needed and how to brief one well. For most products at v1, that’s enough.
Q3How is this different from a coding bootcamp or a prompt course?+
Bootcamps teach syntax for months before you ship anything real. Prompt courses teach tricks with nothing to verify. We do neither: you ship working software from week one, and you learn the engineering habits — specs, tests, versioning — that make it trustworthy.
Q4What tools will we use and what do they cost?+
A Claude Code-class coding agent (a ~$20/month tier is enough for the course), free-tier hosting, and a Telegram account. We’re tool-honest: you’ll learn the pipeline, not a vendor — when the tools change next year, your skill won’t.
Q5What computer do I need?+
Any laptop from the last five years or so, on any OS. The heavy lifting happens in the cloud; your machine mostly runs a browser and a terminal you’ll learn to be friends with.
